About Us

Timothy Richardson and his wife Tiffany Richardson are the creators of a local food brand called 51Flava Wangz and Thangz. The brand originated in Alabama in 2020 during the pandemic. Timothy, who was previously a barber for 25 years, decided to venture into something new after being sick several times with Covid. They opened their first location in Timothy's hometown of Monroeville, Alabama.

 

As a visionary and entrepreneur, Timothy wanted to expand the brand beyond Alabama. He believed that the brand had the potential to reach a wider audience and be appreciated on a larger scale. After facing some challenges and unexpected circumstances, they made the decision to move to Las Vegas, where they currently reside and operate their business daily.

 

Their restaurant offers 51 wing flavors, all with unique homemade sauces. In addition to wings, they specialize in shrimp baskets, specialty burgers, tender baskets, burger meals, and more. Timothy believes that their restaurant offers something unique to the world and is excited to bring the flavor of the "dirty south" to the west-coast in Las Vegas.
